She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Law with a focus on Civil and women’s Law. She earned her Ph.D. from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, with a doctoral thesis titled “A Study on Development of Knowledge Management System in IT and ITES Organizations in Hyderabad.”
With 18 years of rich academic experience, she teaches a wide range of Management and General Management subjects, including Innovation Management and Business Intelligence. For over 12 years, she has been associated with the School of Sciences at the University of Hyderabad, where she handles the interdisciplinary subject of Bio-entrepreneurship.
She has presented and published numerous research papers in national and international journals and conferences. She has actively participated in various Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and has been recognized with two Best Research Paper Awards.
A passionate and committed educator, she strongly believes in engaging with students in the classroom. Her teaching philosophy blends theoretical understanding with practical application, ensuring that her sessions are both impactful and inspiring for learners.
