AMSSOI has a faculty development cell which focuses on the following activities

• Strengthening the faculty fraternity in new teaching methodologies, New Subjects.
• Equipping the Faculty with research skills.
• Encouraging faculty to organize or participate in various FDPs.
• Maintaining all relevant data, records and documentation of faculty certifications.
