She holds Master’s in Business Administration with a  HRM specialization and over 9 years of academic experience in teaching, research, mentoring, and academic administration. She teaches a wide range of MBA subjects, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Research Methodology, and Business Communication.

She has presented 11 research papers at national and international conferences and seminars and has published 10 research papers in recognized journals and conference proceedings.

Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management, Digital Transformation, Talent Management, Women Entrepreneurship, Consumer Behaviour, GST Reforms, Leadership, and Sustainable Organizational Development. She has also co-authored the academic book “Research Methods in Management.”

Throughout her academic career, Ms. Jyoshna has received several certificates of appreciation and conference awards for her contributions to teaching and research. She was officially ratified as an Assistant Professor by University. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as a Training and Placement Officer, Student Mentor, and Career Counsellor, actively supporting students in their academic and professional development. A passionate and committed educator, she believes in creating an engaging learning environment that combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Her vision is to inspire, mentor, and empower students through quality education, research excellence, and industry-oriented learning, enabling them to become competent professionals and responsible leaders.
